People faced different kinds of issues, On top the newcomers did not have the knowhow to get around, lacking access to many things, Hence they face multiple hassles which include in working and coordinating with different entities. Well, that’s where Luxxe comes in.

We are rental investors cum property managers. Luxxe was made to provide an easy and living solution, So while selecting any property we always keep our customer perspective in mind and proceed ahead with it After extensive market research, we select the areas, the societies, and the properties that we want to invest in and partner with relevant stakeholders for the same. Luxxe invests in the rental of properties ranging over 2-5 years depending on multiple factors.
We take up a property, invest in the rentals, and renovate it to enhance customers living experience, and then rent out. We at Luxxe always ensure that the property owner gets his rents without fail during the whole period.
